Over the years I have bought a lot from this brand. Many Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, Fragrances and more. From my experience I can say that the quality is better than a lot of other Brands in this price range. My clothes have been worn and washed so many times and they still look and feel as if they’re new. The CS (Custom Support) has also been good, be it in the store or online. I will definitely be continuing to buy from them.

I bought some Lacoste shoes at Macys 5 or 6 months ago and the quality was horribly bad. I have used it casually and the material with which it is made is very cheap and part of the cover has already begun to come off. I will never buy this brand of shoes again. I have shoes that have cost me half of what this shoe cost and have lasted me up to 5 years. It is awful.

Ordered some trainers for my 8 year old. They have sent a size 3 baby shoe. Absolutely useless.

Trying to return the item via DHL which is another load of rubbish altogether

3 weeks after I contacted them about an item that wasn’t as pictured and I still haven’t heard from them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Definitely DO NOT recommend Lacoste.

My holidays are ruined and kids cannot have their gifts in time even though the delivery dates are confidently stated on the website as 4-5 days. Cannot imagine that a brand at this level has zero to no operations and is poorly managed. Customer service is a joke...

I've been waiting on a sweater that I ordered two weeks ago. I gave them a call and they're saying they behind right now because of recent sale holiday. Looking at the reviews this has been going on for a long time now. I can't believe a company like the Lacoste would have this bad of a service.

AVOID SHOPPING FOR LACOSTE! PERIOD!!! Absolutely horrendous, disrespectful, rude, dismissive and smug Russian speaking manager IRINA TUCHAK in the Prague store. They do not have any return policies. You cannot return anything, once you buy something you're stuck with it and you will get a horrible rude and arrogant attitude if you try and return your purchase. She will dismiss your return claim even if the garment is defective, which had happened to me. NEVER AGAIN! I am done with this brand! It's not just the Prague store, I will never ever buy anything from this brand that treats customers with such contempt and hostility EVER AGAIN!!!

Shameful company. If their Leadesrhip goes, all these worthless employees in distribution center and customer service would go. Uneducated, ill-trained clerks working there. They cannot ship on time, always have excuses, they don't communicate well internally, silos everywhere. Bunch of rude people who are incapable of answering questions and resolve issues. This brand will not survive with this type of service. All they have is Novak!!!

I have order the product on 22nd May'22, but still i have not received and i am following up with them but they are not replying.

One of worst site to experience the poor customer service. I am regular customer until I placed one particular white shirt order from their official website, I bought two shirts from their showroom and staffs were not ready help me place online order I had to do by myself, now my order is not being shipped from past one week, I try reaching them through mail, Twitter and their official website but unluckily I am still yet to get a single response from them.. Stop buying Lacoste! Fraudulent!

Horrible customer service! Rude, dismissive female manager with a strong Russian accent in Prague store! Never again!

Do not order from this company they have taken a week to process my order and a call to customer service was a real waste of time. They couldn't give me an answer to the most simple of questions. They even refused to cancel my order.
Eventually they cut the telephone line leaving me unable to cancel my order.

I do not know the French for customer service but their idea of good customer service is one star

Atrocious and unhelpful customer service. Wouldn’t answer a simple question about their product because it wasn’t ordered directly from their website but from a retail store.
Won’t buy from again!
